Artist legacy planning involves creating a strategy to manage and preserve an artist's work, reputation, and intellectual property after their death. What will happen to an artist’s or collector’s art? Who will manage their estate? How will their creative legacy will continue to impact future generations?

Legacy Lab New Mexico is a two-day event that supports legacy building and planning for the local arts community through practical education, accessible resources, and inspirational models.

To attend the free full-day seminar on Saturday, June 13, you must register through Eventbrite. Space is limited!
To participate in the workshops on Sunday, June 14, you must submit an application and pay a fee (sliding scale).
All events take place at the Albuquerque Museum, 2000 Mountain Rd NW, in the heart of Old Town, Albuquerque, NM 87104.

The seminar on Saturday, June 13 is FREE and open to the public, but registration is required. You may pre-purchase lunch, catered by Slate Street, for $22. You can pay an additional $4 for coffee, hot tea, and water all day!
The workshops on Sunday, June 14 are by application only with a sliding scale fee ($45 to $150).
